TDS on sale of property
tds is deducted at 1% on sale consideration under section 194IA on sale of property and deposited in government account within 30 days. now my query is from what date 30 days will be calculated???? Agreement of sale - 27 june 2018 and earnest money (1st payment) made - 24 june 2018

if you pay in multiple pays, multiple times you deposit, else if one pay, date of transfer
the second and third (full) payment will be made till 22th july
