If a new Joined person is not able to provide his previous employer certificate of salary then what is to be considered as his income.

The income Self Declared by him considered as the Income of Previous employer

or the current salary will be assumed as the income for the whole year.

Salary slip can also be a good guide. Also declaration in form 12B should be taken from the employee.

what every it won't be the liability of the employer or the employee

because if employer does not deducted his expenditure wont be be dis allowed

and employee has the obligation of paying advance tax if applicable

hai dont stick to tis because tis is only my guess
