Can we deduct TDS on provision of expenses if we dont know the party name??

You can deduct and deposit tds on account of unknown party but you cannot give credit to them unless you have their PAN... while deducting tax keep the status of person in your mind i.e. whether deducting tax of individual or huf or company..
