I need complete details are information regarding tds on property sale and purchase

There is no TDS over sale of any property, but purchaser has to deduct TDS over payment made @ 1%,when purchased from resident Indian; if value of the property Rs. 50 lakhs or above, u/s. 194 IA of IT act
