TDS on professional service
Sir I pay of rs 20000 each person for professional service in a financial year . I paid two persons for professional service and the total amount is rs 40000 for two persons professional service. So will i deduct tds on professional service of these two persons????sir plz reply me....

Both individually have not exceeded limit of 30K
that means sir i will consider whether the service provider is same or not.... if both service provider is same then i consider rs 40000 and deduct tds and if the both service provider is different then i consider rs 20000 and no deduct tds...Am i right sir???
