What is the rate of TDS & section applicable for payment to 'Event Management Company' ? Nature of work:- Stage , lights, music, food, Artists performance. case 1) Seperate bills provided for Artists performances & other work case 2) Consolidate bill provided for all the activities.

Hi .......Friend........"Event Management " Company is considard as a contractor, here it's activies are doing some arrangments and supply of artists. It can be cansidard as Contract. So that It comes u/s 194c @ 2%.TDS should be deductable.
