Could anybody suggeset me whether TDS to be deducted on partner's salary while paying salary,remuneration to active partners by partnership firms ? If it is to be deducted then please suggest under which section it is to be deducted ?

you have to consider as a salary pay to as per individual limit take all deduction under sec 10 & 80ccc ,80ccf
then deduct tds after consider all limit
