In the case where selling material are reworked by customer( either by customer them self or by third party) & separate bills issued for job work (rework) with Service tax by customer. is this liable to TDS?

It is liable to TDS u/s 194C.
- Individual 1% and
- Pvt. Ltd. Co. or Regd. Firm 2%
(No education cess and surcharge)
