We are paying Interest to TIIC for Term Loan . Whether TDS to be deducted on the Interest paid to TIIC. Kindly clarify. Thanking you in advance

I think no TDS is to be deducted on interest payment on term loans to TIIC as it is a Tamil Nadu State Government undertaking.
