Can I deposit TDS on individual rather than company name?

If amount is paid to any individual name then TDS can be deducted on individual name otherwise on company name

Depends on whom you have made the payment, incase payment made to individual TDS to be credited to individuals PAN incase other than individuals their respective PAN
