Whether TDS Applicable on hotel if his bill exceed 1.8 lacs

If you have a contract with hotel to book fix room then TDS need to be deducted

or if no fix agreement no TDS required

if there is a contract between you and hotel ..than as per section 194C there is a requirment of tds deduction
