Hi i am working with an academy . We are paying foreign faculty for their online class. I am deducting tds @ 20% as they have no pan . I have paid tds but not shown in quarterly return . Plz let me know is it necessary to show this .if yes then how ? Plz reply .

you have to show that amount in the tds reutrn. There is separate return for tds made from payment to non residents.
