the assesse has to make a payment for disposal of hazardous materials which are a result of the production. payment is n\made to a co-operative society.
whether TDS to be deducted on such payment?

I think It will come under 194 C since under this section TDS is to be deducted on "Any work under a contract.."Remember limit of Rs. 20,000/Rs. 50,000
