Can we deduct TDS under 94I on service tax of CAM charge which is mentioned in same Lease agreement & payable to same landlord.
Please give me details.

Dear Krishna,
If TDS is deducted u/s 194I of I T Act then it shall be deducted from amount of rent charged and not on service tax.
It is applicable to Rent mean 94I only
