Hi all,
whether TDS is deductible on payment against Catering services provided by the service provided at business place if the payment exceeds Rs-20000/- or Rs-50000/- as the case may be?
Pls advice on this.....

Please provide the bill details,
Basically the bill contain the food items & service, No TDS to be deducted on the food item, just consider the service for deducting the TDS.
Also request for seperate bill for Service & deduct TDS if the amount is excees Rs. 20000/- or aggregate of Rs. 50000/-

Whether Cattering service if the bill is excceds 20000/- tds applicable or not
TDS under Sec-194C is on works contarct also. Accordingly TDS will be deducted on this it, if the same exceeding the limit as per Sec-194C.
