is there any option on traces portal where we can check the amount of interest paid due to late payment of TDS ?

Yes log into traces .
tds option it is clearly mentioned.

Login to TRACES.
Left side you can see the outstanding demand amount. But this amount includes short payment, short deduction, late filing fee etc.
