It means we are required to issue Cert. monthly. We deduct whole year tds os a party. in this case whether we can issue yearly or not.
concept is not clear to me. kindly guide me

Swapnil, rules given by u are applicable only if tax is deducted before 1/04/2010. With effect from 1/04/2010, different rules are applicable.

appicable rate of vat is 0%, 4%, 2.5%, and 20%
