your bank website has a link to pay tax online or go to https://tin.nsdl.com and select pay taxes online. Enter the relevant details and select the authorised bank. It leads to the banks website, login and pay tax.
In order to do this, you are required to have the internet banking facility with the bank authorised to accept payments.
