Tds deduction query

HI All,

Greetings....

We are in to construction of Buildings, we have received two bills of 50,000 & 94,500 for gardening expenses of the new building which includes Purchase of Plants, Saplings , Soil etc.. The Labour, Maintainance, & transportation charges are shown seperately in both the bills....Labour Charges are 10000 in each of the bill....Let me know weather TDS is to be deducted while making his payment ????

yes tds shall be deducted u/s 194C on total bill amount, including the value of material, if amount credited during the year exceed Rs.75000/-

But on Material cost TDS shound nor be deducted right ?

Labour Charges TDS is to be deducted But the labour charges are with the 75,000 limit ?

So i dont think TDS should be deducted ?
