Tds deduction

Hi,

One of our customers has deducted TDS in current FY. But all the bills pertaining to last FY and subsequently customer also paid to us in last FY. That time they didn't deduct any TDS. Is it right? Pls. any body give reply whether as per IT Act is it ik or not.

I think it is not right because TDS Should be deducted last F.Y. by Customers. Its expenses are disallow as per income tax that years by customers. you have received full payment of bill are not. ...........
