I am getting rent from a Hospital for my builidng. The rent was credited to my account after dedcuting TDS every month. But for the FY 2014-15 he has dedcuted tds but not deposited till today(16th jul 2015). How can i file my IT.
He is simply delaying and telling he has got time to settle till august.
What can i do.
