Tds deducted not deposited

I am getting rent from a Hospital for my builidng. The rent was credited to my account after dedcuting TDS every month. But for the FY 2014-15 he has dedcuted tds but not deposited till today(16th jul 2015). How can i file my IT.

He is simply delaying and telling he has got time to settle till august.

What can i do.

Hello Rajan, You are supposed to ask the form 16 every quarter without Miss. Every deductor is responsible to issue TDS certificate every quarter without fail. You can not take action against him by informing tax authorities as it will ruin your business with him. Wait till he pays the tds. Thanks, Suri
