TDS deducted for winning lottery
TDS deducted for winning lottery prize. is it refundable ? if i apply for the same

Income tax on winnings is at 30% and there is no availability of basic exemption limit hence the TDS done will generally get adjusted with the winnings and the possibility of getting a refund is not there.

No It is not refundable but you are required to file return.
