sir I am proprietor of audited trading company and I received profession service and paid 40000.00 so I liable to tds on this amount

If you have paid 40,000 fees to anyone in your individual capacity then you need not deduct tds
if billing is done in the name of audited co...than liable for tds @ 10% u/s 194J
