TDS correction for the AY 2010/2011
I need to correct the TDS Return for the Financial year 2010 /2011 . Can I do it in TRACES or Should I Go to INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT.

Traces portal only
Either you have to do it from IT Portal or TIN facilitation centre.
Traces portal is absolutely ok but regisyration is mandatory.
Traces is only for down loading form 16s, challan correction, online correction for limited purposes.
So Tds correction statement has to be done from TIN centre or IT website directly

Query is different. Check once Tds statement either regular or correction has to be done from TIN centre or IT website and not from Traces
