I have downloaded form 16a from nsdl site , i have also downloaded win rar 3.9 or above but still unable to open up the file in my pc please any one will help me

with the Form 16 rar file there is also one additional software for certificate generation namely PDF Converter Utility.
For detailed procedure go to nsdl site --- Services --- Procedure to convert Form 16/16A text file to Form PDF File
here you will find the procedure of conversion.
password is tan registration no ie T201XXXXXXXX
it will unzip in txt format
now use txt file in convertor
u can also use local software vendor to convert nsdl site
or u can use saral tds software
it automatically download the certificate from nsdl site and converted into pdf file
