Is it compulsory to issue TDS certificate on Quarterly basis or we can issue it on yearly basis after takeing written conformation from vendor? pls advice...

TDS certificate as a general practice is issued only once in a year.....
What do mean by "written conformation from vendor"..??
You have to issue the tds certificate immediately after filing your qty return. otherwise a penelth of Rs.100/- per month to be paid.
If you filed qtrly retrun then why delay in issuing the tds certificate.

Agreed with Dhawal,
As in general practice is to be issued once in a year which includes the details of the Quarterly Deposit of Tax.
