can we issue a single TDS certificate for payments made under say 194C & 194J & 194I to the same party?
if it is yes Can someone pls forward me the new 16A with sample data.

No you can not issue single tds certificate for different sections.
I THINK U CANNOT ISSUE SINGLE CERTIFICATE FOR DIFFERENT SECTIONS. U HAVE TO ISSUE DIFFERENT CERTIFICATES FOR DIFFERENT SECTIONS.
NEW SAMPLE F. 16A WITH ALL OTHER DETAILS IS ATTATCHED HEREWITH (F.16 A is on Page 15 and 16 of attatched file)
