Hi Budding CA's

A person X employed in a private trust being eligible for Provident Fund as deduction in his salary but however the said employee has within five years encashed all his Provident Fund Contribution from his A/c so let me know whether this transaction attracts TDS & if yes under which section.

amt withdrawn from  pf A/c before 5  yrs for other than specified situations(like for marriage ,going outside india ,disablement etc) is taxable  u/s10(11)

Dear Nitin section 10 deals with the income which do not part of income then how can you say like that?
