Tds & Tcs Extension March 2020

There is no extension of TDS and TCS payments due date for March, April and May, 2020. However certain relaxation have been provided if the due TDS/TCS is paid by June 30, 2020.
1. No penalty will be levied.
2. No Prosecution will be launched.
3. 25% waiver of interest to be paid on the due amount of TDS/TDS paid after the due date but by 30-06-2020
4. Reduction in period for which interest shall be computed
