Good morning. i am a french national of indian origin. i'm going to rent my house for a commercial purposes from mi feb 2016. the rent income is 40000 INR/month. How much percentage ll be applied for TDS for NRI. in case if i split my rental and amnities .What percentage will be applied.?
If i invest the income for my children, will there be any deduction applied on TDS?
Please kindly advice me.
