Tds 10 recovery
Honarirum given to Guest Lecturer Rs.3000/-. TDS 10% should Deduct from it. Is it correct?

No need to deduct TDS if the payment is only Rs. 3,000/-
Sir whther any threshold limit for getting honorirum for deducting TDS?
Tax has to be deducted in case the payment is greater than ₹ 30,000 during the year. (Refer sec. 194J of IT act)
You can deduct voluntarily and issue tds certificate
