I have filled a itr 1 before due date and claim TCS of purchase car form distributor. but after 2 month I have got refund without TCS, they disallosed TCS on notice u/s in 143(1).
TCS has been shown in 26 AS when I filed return and no mismatch in 26 return..plz help me.
