Transport of passengers, by-

(a) air conditioned contract carriage other than motorcab;

(b) air conditioned stage carriage;

(c) radio taxi

Rate of tax will be 5% with No ITC

Further,

Service of transportation of passengers by metered cabs or auto rickshaws (including e-rickshaws) will be exempted from GST.
