Dear, An indian company has a branch in Dubai.The Company (from Head office- Kolkata) send salary to a employee(NRI) working in Dubai branch. Kindly inform me wheater such salary is taxable in India or not and wheater company is liable to deduct tax at source or not?

If the employee is in the pay roll of the company , the salary accrues here and hence taxable.

we are going to recruit a UK citizen who holds the OCI (overseas citizen of India) card which allow him to work in India without applying for visa or any work permit in India. currently he do not have PAN no. Please let me know tax applicability for the same.
He will be recruited in India & will earn salary in INR.
Please let me know the process which need to be completed before and upon the joining of the non resident employee.
The UK citizen's salary that is paid in India shall be taxable in India,for that the UK Citizen will need to obtain PAN and also file his return of Income in India.
