MR. A IS REGISTERED IN GST AND HAS PROVIDED SERVICE OF GARBAGE COLLECTION TO GREEN ENGERY LIMITED, WHO IS PROVIDING SERVICES TO MUNICIPALCORPORATION . IS THIS SERVICE IS TAX FREE OR TAXABLE .IF TAXABLE UNDER HSN 9994 AT WHAT RATE 18% BEFORE 22-09-25 AND 5% AFTER THAT OR STILL 18%

Mr. A's service is taxable at 18% for periods prior to September 22, 2025, and at the revised rate of 5% thereafter under GST 2.0. The exemption for municipal services typically does not extend to sub-contractors billing private entities, even if the end-client is a Municipality.
