if Branded food grains, aata Mesa etc. 50 kg package sale in loose by retailers without any packaging then it liable to charge gst @ 5%

Do you think customers of such small retailers (many under 20 lakhs TO) would at all pay any GST. Whether they charge 5% or nill or 1% under composition, has to bear from profit margin.............(not assessed for malls/super market)
