I would like to know.....if the Spouse has a bank deposit and he dies during the continuation of the deposit...will the interest on his FD be taxed on his wife ??????

Income which accrue after death of spouce will be taxable in the hand of wife....

tds shall be deducted on only amount of rent. service tax includes only in 194j as per It act.
