Tax treatment for Loss on Derivatives

If an individual has a huge loss in Derivative transactions have large volume of transactions also trade in share on delivery basis what should be tax treatment for the Derivative loss whether it can be treated as business income and can be carried forward? Please suggest at sarwar.web @ gmail.com

Yes Derivative loss is treated as pgbp loss and it can be carried forward. . . . . . And loss in delivery base short term trading in equity will be trated as STCG and in case of loss it can be forwarded . . . . . . Thanks and wait for more clarification from seniours. . .
