I would like to know the difference bet'n tax return preparer and tax practitioner in GST.

we have tax return preparer only for income tax ie direct taxes who has passed the examination conducted alone GST Practioner is one who practices GST and gives all advises and opinion name of tax preparer will be there in the income tax portal
