after 22 council meeting below 1.5 crore have to pay tax monthly and file quaterly is it right ? ..... or they have to file or pay tax quaterly ?

All the tax payer should file GSTR 3B every month till dec 17
one issue ... if 1.5 crore above traders purchase from 1.5 crore below traders ..... what happens with the gstr 2 & 2A of 1.5 crore above traders ??
cause above 1.5 filing monthly and below 1.5 filing quaterly ... how above traders reconsile 2A and 2
may be they file gstr2 with missing invoice details which reflects in gstr1 a of below 1.5 cr that they accept and file

confusion and suspension cause of this process above traders have to wait quaterly
what to do before implementing the government must have given good training to CTO and dctos and call all traders with trained officers to teach all traders in meeting
As per my view on the basis of press release, GST payment would be made quarterly basis whose turnover is equal or below to ? 1.5 crore.
Anyone can check it point no. 05 in which it is written that "Pay taxes only on a quarterly basis" but there is little bit confusion regarding this until Gazette notification comes for that.
