tax on room charges of hospital
What is the tax rate for room charges of a hospital-a/c rooms with charges more than 1000 per day?

In my opinion it is out of coverage of GST. under service tax it is covered if hospital have more than 100 beds
In many states luxuary tax is collected by state governments if hospital room charges is more than the prescribed amount.
but now luxury tax has been subsumed by gst
