Tax Implication on providing Online Services through Websites

232 views 1 replies

Hi, I am a Software Engineer working in an IT Company. So I am a Salaried Professional getting a salary and paying Income Tax on that.

However, I am running a few online websites where I have users who are using my Site's services for free. Now I am planning to have Paid plans for them or else add some Ads like Google Ads or something else.
With this in mind, I was wondering about the implication of GST for my End Users across the Globe. How should I handle that? Or should I open a Company?

I know that while filing for IT Return, I will have to file form ITR-4 and salary will be part of Salaries and Professional Services with Deductions will be part of the earnings from these sites.

Kindly help me understand this.

Thanks!
