under which section, type of assesee otherwise ur question can't be solved dear.

Without intimation u/s 143(3) you can not take any action against your demand raised. If u seek that your case is transfer to jurisdictional Ao then you can ask for jurisdictional Ao.
You can find your demand from order u/s 143(3).
