Pls tell me abt the latest rules/amendments for the tax calculation of Gratuity.

Tax Calculation on Gratuity

The latest issue is that the limit of Rs.3,50,000.00 prescribed by Gratuity Act has been amended as Rs.10,00,000.00. But i'm not sure whether the corresponding amendment has been made in IT Act.
