Tax benefits on the second home

Hi All,

I had purchased a flat in 2004 and didn't claimed any tax benifits on it and cleared the loan in 2010.Currently i reside here

Now i'm buying a 2nd flat and will be taking HL of 35lacs.

This will be my only HL but second flat, can i show this as my second house and claim full intrest as tax benefits.

Can you please advice on the same.

Yes, you can claim. However income from second house also consider(if any).
