taking loan from HUF
if a member of HUF takes loan from HUF to buy a shop, is there a chance for case of clubbing of income

No, clubbing provision is not applicable in this case. The HUF can also give loans to the karta or coparceners for setting up a business. The HUF can charge interest on the loan.
