Superannuation fund
one person worked in pvt ltd company for 4 years 11months. the company says that you are not eligible to get superannuation. because of your service is less than 5 years. whether it is true? if it is not true please furnish the eligible creteria

The person is eligble for Gratuity as per the Gratuity Act .
If an individual has worked continously for 4 yrs and 240 days of the 5 th year he shall be eligble for Gratuity . 240 days shall b termed as one year and he shall get gratuity for 5 yrs
