I suggest company law and practice by g k kapoor taxman publications.
Munish bhandari main book + pm after 2 times reading main book u surely get above 50 marks bcz I also got 54 marks in law

Munish bhandari handbook isn't out yet in the market. But it's the best book to be referred for ca final along with pm. Best of luck

PM + one additional material. It is also worth to read Act in order to understand the language.

Munish bandhari is good
You may read Munish Bhandari Handbook only. I hv got 55 marks through this only. but you need have to read deeply at expert level. If you can get the good knowldge through handbook then no need to read more. but if you unable to get good knowledge then you need have to read Munish Bhandari Main Book and PM or Munish Bhandari Question and Answer book also.
CA Kamal garg's handbook is also good book.
