I have seen instances in banks like indian overseas bank , where they provided loan for CA course......
as per there procedure they would remit the hostel and coaching fees directly to hostel n coaching institutes and not to the person who is taking loan. the person taking loan would produce estimates of expenses along with necessary papers and a guarantor to bank.
