Material I already available at icai site bos knowledge portal section. U get chapter wise.
there are many links avaiable on google.. u can review and download which suits u...
Now Icai material/module is soo good. Just check that...u will only come to know.

Though the study material not available in pdf in the ICAI website..
it is good to purchase it from your regional chapter office of ICAI.
but for MAY 2015 COMPANIES ACT 2013
YOU MAY DOWNLOAD THIS E-BOOK FOR MAY 2015 EXAMINATIOM\N.
above link not working (dont know why). visit https://cloudcampus.icai.org/ site, u will get there.
You can clearly go to icai site and download the PDF easily @ https://www.icai.org/post.H T M L?post_id=10148 .... The pdf is easily opening in my browser
